I wanted to write you a note to express our enormous gratitude for the amazing support and service you gave both Col and I during our recent house purchase in February this year.

As you know, we had recently arrived in Auckland after relocating from Perth, Western Australia. Being new to the area, we approached several well-known inner city real estate agencies to enlist their help in finding somewhere we could call home.

But to our surprise, each company provided us with very little in the way of service. The level of interaction and response from the agents in each company was almost non-existent and lukewarm to say the least.

Disappointed, we decided to go it alone, hunting out properties over 4 weeks, searching ourselves, we came across you. The way you treated us right from the start was truly amazing, you invited us to view the house at time that suited us, even though it was short notice. The property was presented beautifully and you happily pointed out all the home's wonderful attributes, in a warm and inviting way. Later that day after we decided it was the home we wanted to purchase the value of your personal service really kicked in.

You saw us right through the purchase process, helping to smooth the way to a successful sale for both the owner and ourselves. You went the extra mile for us, on many occasions, throughout the process, to help out with assorted issues, often at the expense of your own personal & family time.

Even after we moved in, the sale having been completed, you stayed in contact, again offering help and support. Knowing we had not yet received our furniture, still in transit, you came to our new home, offering us a much-needed bed, linen and other items to help us until ours arrived. Bev, to us, you are not only the wonderful real estate agent who sold us a fantastic home we absolutely adore, but now you have also become a true friend as well.

Both Col and I would welcome the chance to personally recommend highly the services you and your son provide, to any person wishing to either buy or sell a home. We have bought and old across a number of countries and can unreservedly say, your service to your clients on every level is second to none! We both truly feel, as a result of our experience with you, when the time comes for us to sell our gorgeous property, you will be the only agent we will entrust the sale of the property to.
